Specific days?
I wonder, does anyone besides me have days that are almost always marked with migraines?
For me it's saturday >_< In the last 2 months I can't remember a single saturday that didn't start with a headache...
(Well, at least last one I successfully scared away but the fact remains)
P.S. I'm trying to get rid of one at the moment, obviously (see another topic )

Re: Specific days?
I know people who get them on weekends.
It seems to be for them either a stress thing after working all week.
Or caffeine withdrawal for one lady who drinks coffee at work and not at home...
For me, its just every day is migraine day

days
i used to get weekend migraines when i was teaching and apparently its due to the fact when youre at work you take breaks and lunch at specific times then when the weekend comes you relax and change eating and drinking times, then when i went into nursing i got them on any day of the week as i took breaks at different times and would go without breaks when we were busy or if in theatre for a few hours and went without a drink.

Re: Specific days?
I use to, but not any more, since now my lifestyle is not so structured any more.
Yes in the past it was often during weekends.

Zekses,
Are you getting up at the same time on the weekend as you do during the week? I think we are suppose to keep the same schedule if at all possible.

Re: Specific days?
I frequently have migraines on Saturdays. I get up at the same time but there is something about the work week let down that triggers them. Once my brain relaxes from the stress of the work week.... migraine time! It also happens after holidays and big events.

Mine love Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays....I will get them during the week also, but the really tough ones love the weekends.

Re: Specific days?
My trigger is Tuesdays. I have Sunday and Monday off work. When I go back in on Tuesday they start. I've also noticed I have fewer headache when I'm on vacation.
I've been convinced for years that we have a " sick" building at work.
