I have found that if I have a mild to moderate migraine during the day, it will often go away on its own as soon as the sun goes down.

Does anyone one else have similar experience to this?

I get that a lot, too. On one hand it is a relief to have it go. On the other hand, I wasted the whole day and its gone so I can go to bed? Very frustrating.
