Happy New Year... And a healthy one

I'll be spending New Year's Eve with the nurses of Methodist Hospital. I've been here since Tuesday and my headache has practically vanished. I may get discharged tomorrow to start my new year off right.

How's everyone else doing?

Oh Rachel, I'm SO happy for you!

So far so good, at least as far as pain. I've been cooking all day, not something I'm good at...I accidentally put crab in the clam chowder, and ran out of powdered sugar for frosting so it's pretty runny. But, I don't care! I'm not hurting!

What did they do to you there?

Rachel, so glad to hear that they are making you feel better!! I sincerely hope you have a pain free start to your new year. I have been thinking of you and hoping that your stay in the hospital has been productive, and it looks like it has. I'm so glad!

2009 wasn't the best year, it seems. Here's to hoping 2010 is better and brighter for all of us!

Looks and sounds like we've all had a bummer 2009, so I'm hoping for the best.
Positive thinking aught to do it, I had enough negative thinking for everyone last year
Trying something new besides medication LOL! Hope you get to come home refreshed
(well as refreshed as possible from a hospital ) and enjoy relaxing. I know its nice to
be back in familiar surroundings, those first few hours are like bliss!
