Paging Brent! (or anyone else knowledgable about posting videos)

My church put together a 2-minute video of the Kenya team leaving (they have a video/graphic artist as an intern), and I wanted to show it here, but I'm having trouble. It's on Facebook and is now my status. It doesn't seem to have the embed feature that you talked about needing in order to post a video. Can you go to my Facebook page and see if you can figure out how to post it over here? I'd like to learn.

It has to be uploaded to Youtube or Vimeo and then you will have the embeding code to use here.
