are they saying that because of the migraines that they arent able to follow their education as far as they would have and because they cant work as much have lower incomes??? am i reading it right??

i think thats what is meant, but it is badly written.

Invisible disabilities are not understood. They never have been. If you can't see it, it's not there... "less educated"....that could mean low education due to the pain or stupid people get migraines.... it's all in the interpretation. Just like everything. It's what starts wars.
