Meditation etc
I have a fella coming here this week to give me a free taster of Yoga/meditation.
It doesn't involve anything too "physical", I am hoping it might help me address some of the stress the migraines give me.
For me it seems stress is intrinsic with migraines. But I dont seem to have it as a cause.
Either way, worth a try. I cant ever do this stuff on my own and never had a "teacher".
Anyway I was sent this article and I liked it.

Pen - you probably can't go wrong. If nothing else, this kind of stuff does make you relax and feel better if not help with pain. I've taken tai chi classes and have dabbled with yoga. I like both of them.
