Snow in the Northeast Empty Snow in the Northeast

Post  Rachel328 Fri Dec 18, 2009 10:48 am

We're expecting snow in the Northeast this weekend. (I'm in Philadelphia... we're expecting 3-6-10 inches, depending on who you talk to.) My head is already killing me. I've already called my doctor's office for something stronger than Ultram, but they're at lunch right now. Anyone else facing this issue?

the only thing you can do is really to get used to it. i'm about 3 miles from Lake Erie, and the Great Lakes have pressure gradients going through constantly--which trigger sinus problems and migraines.

Ultram isn't the best, but typically there is a loading dose that you take to start.

I've found that Tylenol Cold actually works better for low pressure/storms if you don't want to take the heavy artillery--the stuff that's OTC from the pharmacist (the same stuff you get carded for) works the best.
