Learning to live a new way... Empty Learning to live a new way...

I don't know quite how to live this week, because I'm 7 days headache free. I'm still praying daily for you all. I don't know how long the combination of the DHE treatment, Topomax, and Noritripilyne will work, but I'm thankful that it is working. I'm just not sure what to do with myself. I cannot get a job yet, because I am waiting to start the rehab program May 10th that is supposed to help me learn to live headache free...so I got a little anxious today because I had overwhelming feelings of just not knowing what to do. Crazy to say I know because when I was ridden with the migraine I had so many things I knew I wanted to do.

My husband and I have started walking at night. We've started with about a mile and 1/4....We both have weight to lose and hearts to get healthy, so I guess that's a start...when i had a migraine I couldn't even think about walking 10 steps...let alone over a mile.

Wishing you all pain free days,

LL

That is great news; I can relate as I am recently experiencing a decrease in pain as well. I hope yours continues, too.
