That pretty much sums up how important Ronda's site is to us.
Chronic migraine is a disease of isolation. This site is a God send.

Thank you Ronda, once again, for this site
I thought this bit was a good quote too “If you hang out on a message board where people are very negative, you can easily adopt a negative attitude about your disease,” he said. “On the other hand, if people are hopeful, you might be better off.”
I think this place is very positive, for the most part, and supportive and that is why it helps so many people.

Amen.
I have developed a new family here. It helps me socially and in coping with this disease. Just recently I needed help deciding a new direction to living with my disease. Richard and Cheryl came through with suggestions that have me feeling more upbeat than I have felt in years.
We learn so much from one another. And I know I appreciate the love that is in the air.

I like having a place to come were people know exactly what you are going through. You don`t feel so alone in it. You can talk to others here about how you are feeling and nobody is going to get tired of hearing you talk about it. Though it would be nice if there were groups like this that were around my city.
