Migraine schedule update

I wrote after the Christmas season that I had gone almost 3 weeks without a migraine and thought maybe things were changing (I'm a 2-3 a week person). Well, they are back to 2-3 a week. How strange. During that 3 week period I experienced almost constantly things and situations that are very common triggers and decided to just risk it. I did just fine. Now I'm back to crap even though I am abiding by healthy rules. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, they come 2-3 times a week. My only guess can be hormones still--nothing I do or eat.

Linda I am sorry the rot has set in again.
I have the opposite, for the last 3 weeks I have medication almost every day.
I think 3 days not.
This is bad even for me.
I sure hope it gives soon, I have no idea what is causing it, so no hope it will go.
