No, but I can see where it shows promise. I was jolted by approx 70,000 volts at .03mf and had it shut down my migraine for about 5 minutes, this was an accident. I tried it on purpose a couple days later and it worked great, for my head. There were other parts that were stressed like my left arm, was sore for days... be careful under the hoods of your cars!
