So I am having a hard time with this one. Does this work for anyone? Sex is pretty much the last thing that interests me when I have a migraine.

Yes, this works for me. Although I have the same issue as you, where I am not interested while I have a migraine. However if I go ahead and do it anyways, a lot of the time the pain is magically gone. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes not. In most cases I have already taken my triptan so it's not like sex on its own cured the migraine, but for lingering pain it helps.
