feeling boxed in

The weather here in bleeping Indiana went from cold to warm in nanoseconds and is wrecking havoc with my head! I have had terrible migraines for the past three days!! The Zomig is barely taking the edge off, and I am having a really hard time sleeping! Yesterday, I had the weirdest visual disturbance thingy, hard to describe. I had a feeling of vertigo, that's normal for me, no biggy, but then, I had the feel of being boxed in, I felt myself being pushed into a corner, getting smaller and shut into a tiny box, it only lasted a second or two, but it was kinda scary! Anybody experience anything like this before??
