How do we email each other on this?

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to email or leave messages? I have tried a few times and it didn't work.

Click on the little box that says MP under the persons avatar.
Then put in their username. Mine would be paradox. You can also hit "browse" to find out the usernames on the site.
Type in your message. Then hit send.
