I spoke to my neuro about my mother and EDS. He felt that she could have had it. When ever she had surgery she would "blow out" her sutures, causing long painful recoveries with open wounds.

She died in the OR during a exploratory surgery for a mass in her stomach. Her veins blew and she bled out. The mass was benign...

It makes so much sense...

When we were on the old site I was trying to describe a stupid pet trick I could do with my fingers that no one else can do. It's very similar to one of the EDS diagrams.
