Update on ginger and migraines

I am very happy to say that i have been migraine free and everytime i feel one coming, i take a lump of ginger and an OTC med and it has done the trick so far, the headaches are ok too. It could all be co incidence, i'm due for an attack next week so will keep you all posted. Those of you on the journey with me -hows it goin?

Are you using fresh ginger as opposed to the spice powder used for baking?
