vitamin B12
Has anyone had Vit B-12 to trigger migraine? Everytime I have taken B12, within a few minutes I have a migraine & on one occasion a partial seizure. Thanks.

Interesting. I am not sure how B12 in and of itself could be a trigger. I'm wondering if it's the so-called "inactive" substances in the supplement, such as the colorings or binders, that you're reacting to?
Is B12 something you must absolutely take? I'm not trying to pry, but, unless you have certain health conditions or have been vegan for a year or two, you may not need to take B12. It's readily available in all animal products -- a 3-ounce hamburger has almost an entire day's supply -- or, if you're vegan, in B12-fortified foods.

Thanks for your reply. I was tested & am getting low in B12 although I do eat some meat. I'm using sublingual but I think I might do better with one I can mix with my food. I have multiple allergies & sometimes I can eat a small amount of something I'm allergic to if I mix it with a food I tolerate.

I had tried a sublengual b complex that was triggering migraines, but it was the artificial sweeteners that were setting me off
