Re: Migraine and dark chocolate
I love chocolate. No evidence it leads to migraines for me. Although I do notice sometimes I crave chocolate when one is coming on. I think it is comfort food for me.

I also eat dark chocolate when I have a bad M and it makes me feel better
I always say it's placebo effect, but who knows...

Migraine and Dark Chocolate
Doesn't seem to be a trigger for me either. A friend once told me to eat a square of the darkest chocolate I could find at the first sign of a migraine. She said another friend successfully fended off the awful HA by doing this. Unfortunately this tip only satisfied my taste buds, not the mig.

I know some articles site chocolate as a trigger but high quality dark chocolate has never triggered one for me.
