Have you ever had this feeling?

I have chronic migraines that have been out of control up until recently. I am currently on Topomax 75mg and had a nerve block about a month ago. I get this feeling in the back of my neck where it feels like fluid moving up and into my head. I can also hear and feel little bubbles popping. I have had it before starting the Topomax or the nerve block. Lately it is becoming more frequent and starting to annoy me. I'd appreciate any info or help you can offer!
