I lost my headache diary.

It is gone and I have torn the house apart for 2 days. It had all of the information in it from when I first started seeing my Neurologist and I have an appointment in 2 weeks.

I don't think it will be acceptable if I buy a new notebook and just write on the first page "S*it isn't working, my head hurts."

I feel like I just lost a thesis paper or something haha it will turn up I suppose.

Girl, blame it on the Topamax! Or whatever meds you are taking these days!

Seriously, though, I hope it turns up. The headache diary is of vital importance to us migraineurs!

I DO blame it on the topamax, while it has helped some, it has turned me dumb. If I don't write it down, or it isn't routine, it won't be remembered or done. I am sure you know just what I am talking about.
