Right diet to help prevent Alzheimers

I found this article of great interest.

Having recently watched some of my friends deal with multiple problems connected with their aging parents 's Alzheimers or dementia, it has made me aware of how awful this condition is, so I feel that anything that could possibly prevent, or delay, this condition is worth knowing.
In any case a diet rich in viatmins ands fish can do no harm.
My worry is that my own vit D is still low, despite taking Calcium daily as prescribed.
