No more links on here from me.

I often post links on here, and it seems some people have had problems with links (not mine so far:)
So I have decided, because in cyber world you cant be too careful, to not post any more on here.
I end up double posting anyway because they all go on my Facebook Migraine Group.
I don't really have the energy to do it twice. And not sure how useful they are on here anyway, given the worry of viruses.
So, just in case it is of any interest. Here is he link to that group:

It is really just a collation of information and comments, but in the future that is mainly where I will be.

Pen, what is the advantage in subscribing to the web site?

Hi Martin.
Its not a web site. Its just a group I started on Face Book.
I wanted to find a way to collate any info I could find so that migraine people (and FMS/IBS which I also have) could find it in one place.
As we are not always up to trawling the internet, I thought it would be nice to have it "all" in one place.
I tried it with a forum and it didn't work, so I put it on FB. Quite a lot of people from Ronda's are on there.

So probably no real advantage, but I enjoy posting the links when I can, and the feedback I get from others.
I monitor it with my daughters every day so anything unacceptable is swiftly removed.
Having said that, I have only had 2 bits of spam.

I don't understand what you're saying. Are you saying that you will not post any links on Ronda's any more? Or are you saying that will not post any links on Ronda's any more and you will not be posting messages on Ronda's any more?

Oh dear, I am so sorry for any confusion.
I am not leaving. I think there has been enough exodus the last day or two..

I dont really have the energy to post links in two places and am concerned that someone picked up a virus from link.
So, because I have my FB group going, it is just easier for me to post links there and not here.

Just wanted to say thanks Pen - I have been reading many of your - and other - posts over past few hours and just found this other page (face book?) you referenced - I am a new signer-upper (have been 'down' since the sudden onset a couple years ago of one long complex migraine).

Actually - I later realized it wasn't your Facebook Page that I was referring to (I always have my confusional migraine to fall back on as excuse - ... sometimes it's not so funny) - It was the Headway link that you sent and thatkept me busy for much of the evening - I will sign up for the Facebook group - .. and ID when I check in - thanks.

Pen, I am confused. I tried to join your Facebook page with this link, but it takes me to a website called Headway (I think). I liked the info there, but I still dont know how to oin the Facebook page, Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.
