For Project Runway fans
I'm having fun reading Tim Gunns new book "Gunn's Golden Rules : lifes little lesson for making it work". Fun, gossipy and fluffy. You really need to know your PR designers. Tim was NOT a fan of Kenley nor Emilio.
Plus, Anna Wintour ( of The Devil Wears Prada infamy) gets royally dissed. Fun stuff!

I'd borrow it from your Library. It such a quick read it would kind if feel ripped off if you paid full price. Does your Library do Interlibrary Loan.?
He dissed about Jay and Santino too, but he REALLY disliked Kenley.

Hard not to dislike Kenley, she was a real witch.
I used to love PR until they moved to Lifetime. I stopped watching after the weak last season with its obvious product placement (I know all the shows do it, but PR used to do it better), scripted judges' responses (they never used to be), ill-qualified contestants, and talentless winner I saw one or two episodes this season, and it hasn't gotten better. Too sad, because I love Tim Gunn I'll check his book out of the library!

This season isn't bad, Bubbs. I'm falling in love with Mondo, who in the beginning I thought was just an odd little man.
Some of the celebrity judges are quite good, others are just spouting stuff to make it seem like they know what they're talking about.

Charlotte, maybe I just saw some dud episodes.
Last season was soooo bad though, I was disgusted.

Love this show (I'm a clothes horse and used to design my own clothes). I loved Anthony from last season whether he was the best designer or not.
I had my cable disconnected for the summer because I'm at the lake most of the time and decided I should be bundling anyway. Now you reminded me I better get it hooked back up.

I wanted to be friends with Anthony! And Peach. A lunch with those two would be a riot.

Re: For Project Runway fans
I just discovered after one glorius month of free preview of all channels after switching to Telus,
I don't have full basic cable and lost PR this way.
Gotta negotiate some more what channels we want to keep and which to lose.
ps. eh, I can buy Tim's book for +- 18 bucks online at Chapters. I can also wait for it to show at used bookstores. no hurry.
I anyway have about 50 new books backlog at home, eeeek!

Kitty,
Wait and get it used. It's such a fast read, not a lot of depth, just a fun little gossipy read, I wouldn't want to pay full price.

Charlotte - I would love Anthony living right next door to me. What fun. Wish they would bring him back.
