I see Topamax is quite high on the list.

I know it doesn't help everyone.
Some people can not stand side effects - my advice is start slowly, very slowly. Start at 25 mg and add in 25mg increments every month or so. Even every two month, if you like.

I think once I reached 100mg I added another 25 after quite a few months. I hardly noticed it.

I joined the site and added my stats and then I looked at it from a different angle in detail. I was suprised at how far down magnesium was in the list of effectiveness (23 from the bottom). Most of us take it, because we are told that it helps, but really, do we beleive it makes a difference?
