severe whiplash injury

Anyone know of any doctors who treat headaches / neck pain from a severe whiplash injury?

I was sent to a chiropractor after a car accident last fall. I wasn't too optimistic thinking they were quacks but I have to admit
I did get significant relief especially in the neck. Also may have helped the severity of the migraines after the accident. He only used
acupuncture.
