can we do the cayenne pepper, lemon and maple syrup detox or will the pills we take not be as effective?
i need to lose weight and do a cleanse...

I did the master cleanse for 10 days last winter and maintained my migraine meds while on it.

It's not meant to be for weight loss though. Wink

It's a cleanse, so it's meant to remove toxins and other built up crap from your system.

Most do drop weight on it, but the weightloss is not meant to be permanent.
