Cold hands?....
If you like me suffer from eternally cold hands, may I suggest these cool fingerless gloves available at accessories stores like Claire's, Ardenne (sp?), most punk and goth stores, possibly bike stores and sometimes hat and gloves stores, H&M, and whenever:

lace is pretty good at home and in summer:

if you crochet or knit you can make them yourself, but mu advice would be buy a cheap thin cotton pair with half-fingers to wear underneath:

I LOVE Victorian but I wish they had open fingers:

anyhoo, if you just put into Google "fingerless gloves" and click on images,
a multitude of pages will come up and you can see for yourself how plenty of them is out there and what terrific ideas people have as per to silly little thing such as fingerless glove.
My recommendation, though, as sometimes with cold hands a dry skin comes along, is to chose a cheap combination of plain black (or other colors if they have them) jersey cotton (like a plain t shirt) fingerless gloves with lace or other overlay,
as cotton is much softer on the skin.
The overlay is usually a plain tube with a thumb opening, is removable and the plus side is
these tube like gloves are also sold separately, are even cheaper so you can make your own combination that will match practically any outfit.
Since the gloves tend to get dirty rather quickly is best to buy at least two pairs at once.
Now, if I could think of something for the cold nose....

Great idea Risa. My hands are perpetually cold - even in the summer. Will check this out. I knit and crochet so it's a matter of finding patterns.
