Patient's opinion in UK

I just wish to draw attention of UK residents, to this website:

I think it is useful to try to express our opinion about the NHS treatment we receive, as this gives us a voice when we are frustrated, and makes the professionals more accountable to us all.

I must say that I also like to give praise whenever the praise is due, as I know many people work very hard in difficult circumstances, to give us a good service.
It is also in our interest to say thank you, and to acknowledge it properly when we receive good care.
It does not take long and you can do it anonymously if you prefer and it can give much encouragement to the overworked staff.
