New Food Trigger Discovered Empty New Food Trigger Discovered

Hi all, I just wanted to let you know I have discovered a new food trigger for those that might be interested.  Draft beer seems to cause me to get a migraine, usually around 6 hours after drinking.  Many of you may not drink alcohol but for those that do I would recommend eliminating draft beers and see what happens.  I have been sticking to bottled Coronoa or Landshark for several weeks and found these to never trigger migraines, yet when I had Landshark on draft I got a bad migraine!  How did I discover this?  Someone I met recently told me that draft beer gives him "headaches" so I thought what the heck, why not try cutting those out.  I drink beer on a regular basis and have found that if I stick to the right kinds, it can prevent my migraines or significantly reduce the pain when they are not responding to my regular rescue medications.

I have been getting daily migraines for about 15 years, but since I cut out draft beers it seems I have been having 1-3 days per week with no migraine.  This is extremely unusual for me and incredible!

Here is an updated list of my food triggers:
1.  FD&C artificial food dyes, the ones with numbers assigned (severe)
2.  Vanillin, can be listed as artificial flavor (severe)
3.  Draft beers, hard liquor except for vodka and rum, wine except for Pino Grigio or similar (moderate)
4.  High amounts of carbs, especially sugar, I do well on 100g or less per day (moderate)
5.  Fermented foods such as sour cream or soy sauce (moderate)
6.  Lemon, such as a lemon slice in my water, (mild)
7.  MSG, only if I have a lot (mild)
