Just checking in for this new week hope you are all ok
despite the headaches.remember water flush the system
and help with every health problem as I wake up each morning
I drank 4 Glasses of water before anything else, even before brushing my teeth
its been life changing ,

Hi, BevChev - yes, I am having a good week and the weather is nice, so let's hope the rest of the week is good for all of us.
You are right that it is a good idea to have some water in the morning, after night time dehydration. However it is not a good idea to drink too much water at once, and 2 glasses, (rather 4) would be quite enough.
It is much more healthy to drink less water but more often through the rest of the day, so the body is properly hydrated at all times.

You both are so right that staying hydrated helps with the migraines. I have found that coconut water is the best thing to rehydrate me after a work out and mid-morning.

You are right Michelle and refreshing too,
and I should know I live in the Tropics and
drink it straight from the shell.We call it "JellyCoconut"

Michelle, I live in UK and I have not seen coconut water in our stores. I suppose you could get it in some places but I would not know where to look for it. So for me it is mineral, or spring water I am affraid.#I also drink lots if camomile tea, which makes a nice change at times.
