Actually my husband just had a look for me. Page 4 has a good chart and it includes things like Q10 and Butterbur.

This must be good guys, its all lover Twitter and Facebook too..

Has anyone managed to read this. It was posted by a couple of doctors

I understand Liz, I think someone will, but my hub is a bit tied up with his parents for a couple of days.
Thankfully his brother is coming down, so some support.
I will try to get through it. I did enlarge it, but its still small isnt it...
