Sailing Muffin: Are you OK?

After hearing about the horrible storms in your area, I was worried about you. Even if you escaped damage, I am sure it was unpleasant migraine-wise. We had some pass nearby and my head is still not right.

Yes, I am fine.

The storm hit about a 1OO miles northwest of us- with Tuscaloosa and Birmingham being the hardest hit. I do have relatives in Tuscaloosa and my mother is from that area. Fortunately, all our relatives are ok and didn't have much damage. Their church was damages pretty badly though. It is kind of hard to look at the pictures and see neighborhoods and familiar landmarks just gone. So, we escaped the worst of it. Personally, I am thankful that all of my family is ok.

I have had a horrible migraine and lots of fainting since then- but I don't know if it is from the weather or just from doing a lot these past two "good weeks."

Thanks so much for checking on me. I hope all of my fellow southeasterners on this board are ok too.
