Smoking...confused...

I quit about 7 months ago. Not much difficulty. Just now out of no where I thought I'm gonna run outside and have a smoke. Then I shook awake and realized no, I can't. But Im having the worst craving right now that Ive had in seven months.

So odd.....

The cravings never go away. I still get cravings for a cigarette now and then, and I quit in 1986.

Never give in.

I used to dream about smoking and this was at least 10 years after quitting. I wish I could smoke with impunity. I wouldn't eat so much.

Are you still having the craving? Don't give in, I used to smoke many years ago and every time I see somebody smoking I'm so thankful that I never went back to it, I don't have any cravings at all now, can't even stand to look at somebody smoking! Good luck, and congratulations, it isn't easy.

No, I went back to sleep. But it was soooo strong. Wild!
