Has anyone ever had the nerve blocks done? They give several shots of steroid and anthestic into your head all over?

I had them done a few years ago and they only worked for about a week.

I am having an awful time right now of everyday for a couple weeks. My neurologist wanted to do them yesterday, but I couldn't get to the office as quick as he wanted me to so I couldn't get it done.

Just wondering how it worked for anyone who had them done,

I don't know if this is the same thing, but I had cortisone shots in my neck. Didn't work...
