permanent symptoms/dx entry on forum

On several other forums a permanent topic is kept at the top of the forum regarding members symptoms, diagnosis and medications.

I have no idea how this is done but would be very interested to see it on this forum for a number of reasons.

1. That existing members can try and see if there is any correlation to their problems eg thyroid problems seem to be very common here

2. New viewers tend to be at the end of their rope and need reassurance that they are not alone.

3. That a member of the forum can update their post as time goes by, noting any changes in their symptoms and keeping track of what medications they have tried.

Or is this getting to personal?
