Good luck Gayle. I have found it useful to talk to chronic pain psychologist over the past year, and I hope you find talking to someone helps you too.

Take care

That's a big step to take. I'm sure you will feel better once you can share what's on your mind. I know it has helped me.

All the best to you.

It has helped me tremendously in the past also. You're making a good move.

Good luck and big hugs.

Gayle,
I agree 100% with your decision. There are moments when we can't hold everything on our own and need someone who guides us.
Making up your mind has been the first step, maybe one of the most difficult.

Take care

Migs are too big to handle yourself even if you have family and friend support. I had to go to a counselor that deals with chronic pain. It did help to get some coping tools and she was a good liaison between me and the doc. It helped that we both had the same doc, that's how small the town is that I live near. Rolling Eyes

I hope you get some benefit from it and I am glad you are going for it.
