hi all. Sorry I've been absent lately. Had a lot going on in my life, non-migraine wise that has occupied my time. I hope everyone has been managing with their migraines?

I thought I would pop in and say hi and see if any of you remember the Gnome Saga i used to post on the original Ronda's site? Well, I'm posting it again on my blog. Don't know what I'm talking about. A long time ago, marc started a conversation about his neighbors gnomes. Being a writer, it spawned an idea that blew up and the next thing i knew i was posting weekly intervals of the story.

If you're curious or want to relive those crazy gnome moments, come on by my blog and check it out. Also, I'm having a contest all this month. All you have to do is comment on a post to be eligable. The prize? A lovely romantic coffee cup

Shiela,

I love your Gnomes stories. I'm delighted you have started them up again. Every time I go to the garden supply store I see them and I think of you. I'm curious to know what they're doing after the store closes and the people go home.

I do notice that the cops often go out on night calls to the location of the garden store for no apparent reason...

Nice to hear from you!

That is too funny, Chris. See...see...the gnomes are real and they're plotting to take us all out. LOL

Anyone remember the gnomes saga Empty Naughty gnome

Shiela,

The gnomes are acting up again. They went to far this time. I go to the local garden store fairly often. I notice that the gnomes have moved around since my last visit. I don't think the store clerks are moving them. That's not the outrageous part though.

There is one that is supposedly holding a watering can. He's not just holding it by the handle as most folks do. His other hand is encircling the spout. He has a goofy look on his face. If you look at this gnome from the side, it really looks like he is, well, spanking the monkey. My friend and I noticed it at the same time so it isn't just my dirty mind.

I'll try to get a photo of it for you.

Cheers,

Chris
