No please, not another one....
I have had migraine for 4 days in a row. The culprit seems to be the sudden raise in temperatures and the strong wind that has blown for days.
This morning I woke up painfree and I was happy about it. I felt great and rested and came to work with a positive attitude.
By the time I reached my desk, I found it that it was full of ANTS. All desks around were populated with hundreds ants.
I immediately called the maintenance guys who sprayed something all around and quit.
Now the ants are gone, but the smell of the sprayed product is awful and I am afraid that it's triggering me a migraine.
Argh....always one reason to be in pain...

Ivy,
I dont really have any triggers as such. But I have things that can push me when a migraine is near.
SMELLS. All sorts, but mainly those industrial/chemical things. Like cleaning stuff......they valeted our car...
I couldn't go in it for a week......paint.....oil...., petrol.
I do sympathise. Sometimes those ones are worse for me.....
I hope you manage to cope.

Oh Ivy! Yuck! It's always something isn't it?
I know there are some smells that just send me over the top too. Also got to love the phantom odors - the one's you imagine that drive you nuts.
Hope you get out, get some air, and feel better.
