Able to do a workout... Empty Able to do a workout...

So I've been able to join Curves, a 30 minute workout place for women. It's low impact, and I'm just trying to develop some strength. But I'm happy I'm able to do a workout, I've been twice this week, Hopefully, going for a 3rd time tomorrow if the head holds up.

I think it's important that as much as I am able to do so, I exercise to get my strength back up.

well done, i always feel so much better when i am able to get to the gym or pilates, 1. because exercise is good for me and release's all the thingy's that make you feel better ( forgot what they are called, lol)
2. because i have been able to get out of the house and do something normal, that other people do,without a migraine ruining it.

i hope it continues for you x

Curves is a nice program. No jarring, no hard impact. Plus, the people in there are so nice, it's nice to have a chance to visit and meet new folks.
