Anyone get a Red eye?
Does anyone get a very red blood shot eye a day or two before the migraine hits? I've noticed this a few times. My left eye will be very red and I think it's an eye infection (although it isn't itchy or other symptoms). Then I'll get a bad migraine. I've only just put the two together as being related. In my case my migraines are usually on the left side, so it is consistent.

Yes, I get red eyes, with one usually worse then another. Red and dry as well. But then it makes perfect sense to me, since the inflammation process is going on inside my brain, it is no wonder that my eyes also get inflamed and red.
I hate it though. I find it difficult to read, or to watch TV when this happens as my eyes feel really quite sore, as well.

I don't get red eyes but my vision gets fuzzy before and during a migraine. Sometimes I get the zig zag flashes before a migraine also.

I have never gotten this symptom, interesting. I get migraines daily so it would be difficult to tell since my eyes would be red everyday... but they seem to be normal unless I haven't slept or I've been around smoking.

It's very odd. It only has happened with a few migraines (but they were really bad ones). Not all the time.
What is surprising to me is how far in advance the red eye occurs. 24-48 hours. So my brain is affected way before I get the usual symptoms.
