Hey guys! my new neuro suggested a migraine app so I could actually keep a a journal because for me that's an impossible task to actually keep one, but I always have my phone. . Any good ones you use for Android? Right now my daily migraines, well nothing has changed other than the elavil enables me to not wake with one and that's huge for me.

Next step is botox and endocrinologist for hormone testing. I appreciate Any suggestions for apps! Am so thankful this forum is here :-)
Thanks, Amie

I've been using the Froggy Wear Headache Diary Pro, but I'm not thrilled with it.  Entering stuff while in the middle of a migraine is tricky, and having to enter a lot of my personal meds and triggers was a pain.  If I'd know that the pro version wasn't much better than the free app, I'd have stuck with the freebie.

I'd get one of the paper week at a glance checkbook size planners.  You'll have so much more freedom to enter what you need in an easy manner, and you can use your own abbreviations too.  When I did it that way, I could throw in the barometric pressure, and storm fronts as well as possible food triggers.

Ubiqi Health has one that started just online. They've since added mobile formats. I'm unable to post links, but it's the name of the company and is a .com addy. I started using the online tool when they were still in testing, and they've continued to listen to user feedback throughout. No, I don't work for them- I was consistently impressed by the original app, and the tools they provide help you communicate w/your doc- which is a huge advantage. Another option is the Google Doc shared by one of the mods on the Reddit migraine forum. It's great for PC use, but I find editing it on my phone a little clunky. There's a link to that as well as a med list. Again, unable to post links- go to Reddit, and add /r/migraine to the end of the URL.
