Morning problems

For years I've suffered from same problem. Whenever I exercise in morning I'm wiped out for the rest of the day. If I do the same amount of exercise in the afternoon or evening. there isn't a problem. I'm convinced I'm suffering some sort of migraine/headache that makes me feel this way after exercise but which magically doesn't appear in the afternoon or evening. More recently, I can feel exhausted (although as not as bad as after exercise) if I listen to Ipod in morning, eat too much (!) or even read a Ereader. Again, I think it's some sort of migraine (for want of a better word). I've had longstanding upper back/neck problems, incidentally, which means for example that I can only tolerate certain widths of tyre when cycling on roads (vibrations become very painful). Anybody also suffer from this sort of thing? Any tips as to how I improve situation?
