Clonidine for three years has helped

I have taken this med for three years. I had 25 M a month 6-7-8 intensity. Clonidine started working right away for me. Now I have two a week of 3-4-5 intensity usually short duration. I no longer use triptans.

I believe a beta blocker has helped stablize, I also continue calcium channel blocker I believe helps. When I cut these out intensity and duration increases.

I guess you can only say eight M a month is good if you used to have 25. I hope all find some relief soon.
