Has been awhile

Sorry I have not been here for so long but just been in pain or busy. Liliana started a grooming and boarding buisness about 2 years ago and it is just booming. This Christmas break we will be full (22 dogs). Still working at my job and what is good is I am doing a job that is best for me and my head. Had my 2nd dose of Botox about a month ago and this time can tell it is helping.

The day after Thanksgiving did some shopping till about 2pm. Then had a cluster hit and got so sick with it that we called 911. Really thought this was it -- took alot to get well enough to go home -- then it hit us all. The flu. Got us one by one. So what happened was I had the cluster hit with the flu. Even while they were giving me meds through the IV I was throwing up. So lucky to have a great ER and the head Dr was there and knows me well.

My kids are all well. One working, one in college,one a senior in high school ,one in 1st grade and one in preschool. So life is interesting. Still getting the migraines and clusters but really not as bad. Last year was ER once every 3 months. But this year the last 3 to 4 months about 1 time a month. So one day at a time. Will try to check in more often. Have kind of got hooked on facebook. Really nice talking to my music friends. Hope everyone is well. This webpage has really been a help in my life. I'm sorry that your clusters have gotten worse. I read an article on FB today about brain probe surgery that is promising for cluster headaches. I think Cheryl posted it.
Congratulations to you and Liliana for her business! No kidding...in this day and age to have a successful business of any type is amazing. The fact that it is a dog boarding/grooming facility is Fabulous!!! (Being a animal lover and 3 dog owner myself, I can imagine what a tough business it must be). Having to deal with hysterical 'parents' dropping the 'babies' off, the dogs must be the easier part!!
It really speaks volume of your work ethic and business that is is so successful. I know how picky we are about where we board the dogs. So much trust has to be established over time.
I wish we lived closer. We boarded 1 dog for 7 nights/days over Thanksgiving and it cost us about $450!!!

Anyways, thanks for checking in! Have you been able to play your music at all over the year, or too busy or in pain? Pain has stopped me mostly..now and then I'll pick it up.
