This is one of my friends who is on my FB group:
She has a book, mainly about Fibro, but it crosses the migraine threshold quite a lot.

Welcome Cindy. As I said, Celeste is a FB friend and is on my group on there.
A sufferer herself and a nice lady.

This is not a promo BTW she sends this stuff to people book or no book.
