New and needing help

hi, i'm new here and am looking for help finding links to other helpful sites for migraine and everyday headache. i'm desperate and off work now because of these things. i have a good doctor but he doesn't undestand daily pain i think. please help, i'm desperate.

does anyone know of a good neurologist in the TO area? my gp is willing to refer but i want to do my reasearch first.
